Because we allow you to purchase the Download Certificate at wholesale prices, you can make good profits on each sale.

No, you are not obligated to sell any quantity of SublimX products. You are not required to make any purchases from us. And, you may cancel at any time.
All individuals and companies that would like to sell third party products on the web or otherwise are welcome to join. You can sell SublimX in your own store, on your own web site, or on an auction web site of your choice. Anyone may submit an application to join the program.
We reserve the right to refuse, or discontinue, a Trading Assistant's membership in the Program at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. You should note that we will refuse, or discontinue, an application if results in the placement of our products on web sites that contain objectionable materials, including pornography, explicit language or content, or supports violent or hate groups.
Yes. We welcome Trading Assistants from anywhere in the world. However, note that to purchase a Download Certificate, at wholesale prices, you would need to provide a credit major card acceptable to our processor in the United States.
No. You can sell SublimX products in your store, on your web site store, or on any auction site on the Internet.
That is very easy. After you become a member of the Trading Assistants Program, we will send you a username and password to enter the private area especially designed for Trading Assistants. There, you will find very simple tools for creating product descriptions and promotional tools-- fast and easy. You then can list SublimX products on your site or on auction site.
You charge your customers at whatever price you elect to charge Your customer will pay you. We will charge you a reduced, wholesale price for each product you buy to be sent to your customers. The difference is your profit. Our price list is available at Trading Assistants Support Center. You will see our wholesale prices, once your application to the Trading Assistants Program is approved. But, note that you are not required to buy anything from us, and you may cancel any time.
No. Only the downloadable version of SublimX is available through the Trading Assistants Program. This is the version that we sell on our own web site too. From the software and features standpoint, there is absolutely no diffrence between the physical and downloadable versions. To download a SublimX product, customers must have a Download Certificate and visit our Download Center to download their product. This is what you sell to the customer. For your information, please note that physical versions of SublimX are available at Amazon.com.

You must include the "required terms" in your product descriptions and ensure that your customers consent to those terms before bidding on, or buying, the products. The required terms are listed in the Operating Agreement and are also available in the Support Center.
We will provide you with the tools and support to utilize the Trading Assistants Program. Our Trading Assistants Support Center, a private area especially designed for our Trading Assistants, is your online resource for sales, design ideas, graphics, and links. Additionally help is also available at the Trading Assistants Support Center. We handle orders and electronic shipments. We also keep a history of your orders online, so that you can review them any time you desire.
Yes. As a Trading Assistant, you may take advantage of the content on our site, including covers, designs, descriptions, and specifications. Please note that the content clearly marked with a copyright notice from a third party other than Virtual Media Technologies, Inc., cannot be used by you unless you have specific permission from the copyright owner. In addition, when you use materials from our web site, you must include our intellectual property notices too.
Yes. Customers want to know they are buying from a company they can trust and it would be a very good idea to display one or more of our logos to promote SublimX products. Please do not alter our logo in any way. You'll find a collection of our logos and buttons in the Trading Assistants Support Center.
Yes, we encourage you to include information such as titles and cover images.
