You place a link to our web site on your web site (we provide you with simple instructions to do so easily). When someone follows those links and buys any product from our site, we note that the customer was referred by your site and record the amount of the sale. Every three months, we will send you a check for a percentage of all the sales you referred to our site, if you have accumulated $50.00 or more in commissions. Otherwise, we keep adding to your commission and you will receive a check at the end of the first three (3) month period when your commission balance equals or exceeds $50.00.

All web sites from large commercial sites to individual web pages. Anyone may submit an application. We review each and every potential eAffiliate web site before accepting it into our program. We reserve the right to refuse, or discontinue, any site's membership in the eAffiliate Program at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. You should note that we will refuse, or discontinue, a site if it contains objectionable materials, including pornography, explicit language or content, or supports violent or hate groups.
Yes. We welcome eAffiliates from anywhere in the world. Customers buy from our site in U.S. dollars. All commission checks to eAffiliates will be in U.S. dollars and will be sent to you by U.S. air mail.
No. As long as you have a web site you can place links on your site and enjoy the benefits of the eAffiliate Program.
That is very easy. After you become a member of the eAffiliate Program, we will send you a username and password to enter the private area especially designed for eAffiliates. There, you will find very simple tools for creating links fast and easy. You place those links in your web site. We will even provide you with easy instructions for placing links on a web page.
You set up as many links as you would like to our web site in the way that works best for your site. You are responsible for creating the links and placing them on your site. We invite you to link to just about anything on our site (except the private areas). It is entirely up to you how many or how few links you include.
We will provide you with the tools and support to utilize the eAffiliate Program. Our eAffiliate Support Center, a private area especially designed for our eAffiliates, is your online resource for sales, design ideas, graphics, and links. Additionally help is also available at the eAffiliate Support Center. We handle orders, shipments, billing customers, paying your commissions, and managing customer service.
Yes. As an eAffiliate, you may take advantage of the content on our site, including covers, designs, descriptions, and specifications. Please note that the content clearly marked with a copyright notice from a third party other than Virtual Media Technologies, Inc., cannot be used on your site unless you have specific permission from the copyright owner to reproduce the item on your site. In addition, when you use materials from our web site, you must include our intellectual property notices too.
Yes. Customers want to know they are buying from a company they can trust and it would be a very good idea to display one or more of our logos to promote the links. Please do not alter our logo in any way. You'll find a collection of our logos and buttons in the eAffiliate Support Center, a private area for our eAffiliates.
We encourage you to include information such as titles and cover images. Please do not list the price, however. Prices in our database may change from time to time without notice, and customers may be confused if they see one price on your site and another price on ours. To be safe, it's best to avoid putting prices on your site.
Yes. Use the eAffiliate Support Center to get ideas for new titles and features to promote on your site. You may change and update the links on your site at any time, based on seasonal promotions, what's hot in the news, or for whatever other reasons you wish.
All links from your site to our site will contain a unique eAffiliate ID so that every time a customer comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. Make sure that all links on your site are created according to the simple instructions provided in the eAffiliate Support Center. Those instructions would be available to you after you join the eAffiliate Program.
We pay commission on the sales of our products, at SublimX.com, made to customers during their visit to our web site, where that visit was initiated from your web site and with a link containing your eAffiliate ID.
Referral fee is paid only for consumer sales. Business-to-business sales and sales to such entities as retailers, etailers, resellers, distributors, and like entities do NOT qualify for the referral fee.
You will be paid fifteen percent (15%) of our total receipts from customer less any discounts, shipping costs, or sales taxes collected. The discounts may include, among others and without limitations, coupons, gift certificates, and claim checks. You will not receive a commission if, for any reason, we do not collect the sale price from the customer. These reasons may include, among others and without limitations, returns and credit card fraud. You start earning commission with the first dollar of sale.
Yes. You may register as many web sites as you wish in connection with your registration. You may add or delete web sites at a later date. We recognize an eAffiliate ID only if it is sent to us from the approved web sites associated with the ID. We pay commission with the first dollar of each sale and at a flat rate of 7%. So, you do not need to accumulate sales from multiple web sites to enhance your commission.
You will be paid on a quarterly basis, as long as you have accumulated $50.00 or more in commissions. Payments will be made by the end of the month following the quarter. If your commission for any quarter is less than $50.00, the total amount will be carried to the next quarter. Payments for December, January, and February will be made by the end of March. Payments for March, April, and May will be made by the end of June. Payments for June, July, and August will be made by the end of September. Payments for Septemeber, October, and November will be made by the end of December. If your eAffiliate membership is terminated for any reason, either by you or by us, you will receive your final check on the schedule noted above. The final check will be issued even if it is for less than $50.00.
You may visit the eAffiliate Support Center area on our web site to review various reports available there. You will be able to use these reports to make your site more profitable.
